Where Europe’s youth comes together
Next season marks the kick-off of this brand-new international youth tournament, replacing the well-known Uerdingen Cup. Most teams will be staying in Düsseldorf, a vibrant city full of entertainment, culture, and sights to discover. Matches will be hosted by GSV Moers and TV Asberg 1879 e.V., who provide their modern artificial and natural grass pitches for this very first edition. On their sports parks everything comes together: exciting matches, teams from all over Europe, and a lively tournament atmosphere that players and supporters will never forget. Welcome to the Rhein-Ruhr area, one of Europe’s largest metropolitan regions.

Sports facilities
FC Neukirchen-Vluyn plays at the modern Zentrale Sportanlage, a well-equipped football complex featuring well-maintained natural grass and artificial grass pitches. The venue includes a main stadium and fully equipped changing rooms. With its clubhouse and welcoming atmosphere, the facility offers excellent conditions for both players and visitors. In the immediate vicinity, TV Asberg 1879 e.V. provides 2 artificial turf pitches (11-a-side) and 1 artificial turf pitch (9-a-side). Together, these pitches form the perfect stage for the international Rhein-Ruhr Pokal.
About the organiser of the tournament
The Rhein-Ruhr Pokal is proudly organized by TV Asberg 1897 and FC Neukirchen-Vluyn, two traditional clubs with a strong focus on youth development and community spirit. Both clubs offer modern sports facilities, including well-maintained natural and artificial turf pitches, spacious clubhouses, and excellent amenities for players and visitors. Their venues provide a professional and welcoming environment for international teams. The sports grounds are located only a few kilometers apart, ensuring short travel times and smooth tournament organization.

Düsseldorf
For a night out, you have to head to Düsseldorf. This famous historical and tourist city has 600,000 inhabitants and is famous for its dazzling nightlife. It's not only the 'Altstadt' (the old town), with more than 300 cafes and clubs, that's a great night out, but also the trendy area around Nordstrasse. Düsseldorf is 25 kilometres from Krefeld.
