The Board of the Euro-Sportring Foundation bears ultimate responsibility for the organization's strategic direction and oversight. In this role, the Board safeguards the foundation's mission, vision, and core values, while ensuring the sustainable and responsible development of all its activities. Euro-Sportring is a non-profit foundation dedicated to organizing international youth football and handball tournaments throughout Europe.
Alfred Ludwig was Secretary-General of the Austrian Football Association from 1986 to 2016. He joined the Euro-Sportring Foundation board in 2010 as Treasurer where he was responsible for the financial policy. Since May 2023 he is chairman of Euro-Sportring.
Jim Stjerne Hansen is former professional footballer of Brøndby IF and served as General Secretary of the Danish Football Association from 1988 until 2014. He also served on several UEFA and FIFA committees and as a match commissioner.
Former player mentor at AFC Ajax and co-founder of the Dutch Women's Eredivisie on behalf of the KNVB. She currently holds various roles within UEFA and FIFA, mainly as Venue Director for the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.
Former Managing Director of Amateur Football and Football Development at the German Football Association (DFB). He has extensive experience in grassroots football and served on the UEFA Grassroots Panel from 2002 to 2025.
Petr Fousek is the former President of the Czech Football Association and has been a member of the UEFA Executive Committee since April 2023. He also served as General Secretary of the Czech Football Association and has represented UEFA as a Match Delegate and FIFA as a Match Commissioner.
Through its activities, the organization brings together thousands of young athletes from different countries each year, where not only sporting achievements take center stage, but also cultural exchange, mutual respect, and international friendship. The Board supports and advises the management team, supervises the implementation of the organization's policies, and ensures that Euro-Sportring continues to achieve its social objectives within a transparent and sound organizational framework.
