An international hit!

If you say the name Kolding, you say handball. The top club Kolding IF can always be found in the upper echelons of Danish handball competition and regularly snatch up national titles. Handball really is alive in Kolding. Where else can you find a sports centre with 6 pitches under one roof? The Kolding Handball Cup fits well with the town's tradition. The first edition of the Kolding Handball Cup was attended by around 100 teams from eight countries, all ready and raring to go. During the years that followed, the number quickly rose to about 200 teams. Some 2500 people fill the stands and the atmosphere during the finals is electric. Every year, players give consistently great reviews of the event. 'We're coming back next year, but next time with the whole club' says one of the participants. That's great but make sure you register on time!
