Euro-Sportring har varit aktiva i England sedan 1960-talet. På den tiden var det vänskapsmatcher, nu är Blackpool Cup juvelen i kronan. Turneringen har varit en topphändelse i England sedan 1994. Varje år samlas från England, Wales, Skottland, Irland, Nordirland och kontinenten för att spela. Lagen kommer för att njuta av den internationella atmosfären och de många attraktionerna i den populära badorten. 
Organisationen bjuder inte bara på en bra turnering, utan ger även rabatt till nöjesparken The Pleasure Beach, som är Blackpools största sevärdhet. Och naturligtvis är ett besök på Old Trafford eller Anfield ett måste, då Manchester och Liverpool ligger så nära.

Myerscough Sports Academy Blackpool Cup är ett projekt som genomförs gemensamt av Myerscough College och Euro-Sportring. Efter incheckningen, direkt vid ankomst till Blackpool på fredag kväll, kommer ett informationsmöte att hållas för lagledare. Euro-Sportring kommer att ha en informationsdisk under turneringen. Blackpool Cup har även sin egen webbplats med, bland annat, resultat, tävlingsprogram och praktisk information.

The Blackpool Cup Easter is played at the beautiful sports parks of the famous Uclan Sports Arena in Preston and the brand NEW state of the art purpose built Blackpool Enterprise Zone. Blackpool Enterprise Zone is on the edge of Blackpool and has 12 pitches and numerous kiosks selling snacks. The Uclan Sports Area has 10 pitches and a restaurant: ‘the Final Whistle’. Uclan Sports Arena is around 30 minutes by car from Blackpool.

Pleasure Beach on the Ocean Boulevard in Blackpool is a gigantic ‘amazement park’ with no less than 145 attractions, including 12 rollercoasters. Sandcastle Waterpark is the largest indoor waterpark in England. This tropical pool paradise boasts several swimming pools, a wave pool and thrilling water slides like the Masterblaster and Thunderfalls Waterslide.
