During the Easter weekend, the Munich region provides the setting for the Bavarian Handball Cup, an international youth handball tournament filled with sporting challenges and genuine Bavarian hospitality. Since March 2023, the handball clubs TSV Eintracht Karlsfeld and TSV Dachau 1865 have been officially cooperating under the name Eintracht Dachau-Karlsfeld.

Dachau is particularly known for its historical monuments, such as the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site, as well as its charming old town with cozy cafes and restaurants. Karlsfeld offers peace and greenery, ideal for relaxing after matches. Dachau is older than Munich and is home to the largest artists' colony in Bavaria. Its proximity to Munich makes the area even more attractive. After matches, players can easily head into town to discover its cultural attractions or visit the Allianz Arena, the famous stadium of top club FC Bayern Munich.
