WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED?
Euro-Sportring may process personal data about you if you use the services offered by Euro-Sportring and/or if you provide these data yourself when completing a contact form on the Euro-Sportring website. Euro-Sportring may process the following personal data:

- Your club details
- Your address details
- Your telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- Your IP address
WHY EURO-SPORTRING NEEDS DATA
Euro-Sportring processes your personal data so that it is able to contact you by telephone when you ask it to and/or to approach you in writing (by e-mail and/or post) if it is not possible to contact you by telephone.
Euro-Sportring may also use your personal data as part of its performance of an agreement to provide services: usually involving the organisation and sale of international tournaments.
HOW LONG EURO-SPORTRING RETAINS DATA
Euro-Sportring retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. Your data will only be retained for five years if no agreement is concluded with you.
SHARING WITH OTHERS
Euro-Sportring will only share your personal data with third parties if necessary for the performance of an agreement that it has entered into with you, or to comply with a statutory duty.
ANALYSING WEBSITE VISITS
General visitor data are recorded on the Euro-Sportring website. These data include the IP address of your computer, the time of your visit and data that your browser communicates. These data will be used to analyse visit and click behaviour on the website. These data enable Euro-Sportring to improve its website and are anonymised wherever possible; they are never shared with third parties.
Euro-Sportring uses Google Analytics to record how visitors use the website and also to establish the effectiveness of Euro-Sportring's AdWords ads on Google search result pages.
Google uses this information to record how our website is used, to provide Euro-Sportring with reports about the website and to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns.
Google may pass on this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if the third parties in question are processing information on behalf of Google. Euro-Sportring does not have any influence on this.
Euro-Sportring has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via Euro-Sportring for other Google services.
ACCESSING, CORRECTING OR REMOVING DATA
You have the right to access, correct or remove your personal data, which you can do by sending an access, correction or removal request to Euro-Sportring. Euro-Sportring will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks at the very latest.
Euro-Sportring recognises the need to protect your data and puts appropriate measures in place to discourage misuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Euro-Sportring website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data do not end up in the wrong hands (encrypted website).
