Position: Sales Representative – South of France
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to oversee tournament package sales in the south of France.

With over 60 years of experience, we organize more than 80 tournaments annually in 12 countries, welcoming 8,000 participating teams. The organization is growing and currently focusing on further professionalization and digital transformation. This allows us to provide the best possible customer experience and ensures the organization is ready to scale up. To support this growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the French market.
What will you be doing?
You will be in daily contact with coaches and team leaders from clubs planning to participate in one of our tournaments. During the sales season (September to January), you’ll handle inquiries from clubs. During the rest of the year, you'll be in touch with coaches and team leaders who call with practical questions, and you'll maintain contact with returning customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sales in Assigned Region
- Develop and implement an annual communication plan
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns using the relation database
- Identify and visit key prospects
- Follow up on leads generated by promotional campaigns
- Execute all relevant sales communications
2. Marketing Support
- Identify and evaluate potential local marketing partners
- Build relationships with regional football associations
- Attend local events and meetings for promotional purposes
- Develop and execute the regional marketing plan
3. Sales Administration
- Register offers, bookings, payments, and special requests in the system
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service
Who are you?
An enthusiastic sports fan with a bachelor’s level education and strong English communication skills.

Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience

Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in MS Office or equivalent software

Fluent in French (native) and good understanding of the English language (spoken and written)

Given the nature of our product, experience in amateur (football) clubs is preferred

An independent position (remote) from your own office or together with fellow sales representatives in Saint-Étienne. During the onboarding period, you will receive several months of training at the headquarters in Baarn (Amsterdam area), the Netherlands.
