Tour Holland is organised by football club SVI. This club, with 1250 members, has experience in organising tournaments; it also organises the Hanze Trophy, also a Euro-Sportring tournament.

The Tour Holland is played at sports complex ‘De Siggels’. It has 3 grass pitches, 2 artificial pitches, one artificial grass pitch, a modern clubhouse with a spacious canteen and dressing rooms.

Tour Holland is played at a sports complex in the south of the city, around 4 kilometres from the centre.
