Heino is populair. Teams vanuit alle windstreken weten het internationale jeugdvoetbaltoernooi in Heino te vinden. Dat komt niet alleen door het enthousiasme en de jarenlange ervaring van de organisatoren, maar ook door de fantastische locatie en het naastgelegen Summercamp. De deelnemers overnachten er, gaan naar de film, bezoeken de disco of nemen een duik in het zwembad. Heino is een en al fun. Komend Pinksterweekeinde staat nog een extra verrassing op het programma: een spectaculaire opening, waar we helaas nog niets over mogen vertellen. Wees er snel bij, want dit internationale jeugdvoetbaltoernooi Pomp Cup Heino is al vele jaren als eerste volgeboekt, zowel bij de jongens als de meisjes.
De Pomp Cup Heino wordt georganiseerd door VV Heino. Deze club is opgericht in 1969 en is één van de grootste voetbalverenigingen in de regio met meer dan 1000 leden. VV Heino heeft 9 seniorenteams, 38 jeugdteams (waarvan 29 jongensteams en 9 meisjesteams) en 3 damesteams.
Sportfaciliteiten
Het toernooi vindt plaats in Heino op sportcomplex De Kampen. Dit complex ligt in een bosrijke omgeving tussen het dorp Heino en het Summercamp. Beide locaties zijn onderling uitstekend te voet bereikbaar. Het sportpark heeft 2 grasvelden en 2 kunstgrasvelden, waarvan 1 hoofdveld met tribune en een gezellig clubhuis met kantine. Op het sportpark ligt ook het gemeentelijke buitenzwembad De Tippe.
The Pomp Cup Heino tournament shall take place at the De Kampen sports park in Heino, in the green surroundings between the village of Heino and the Summercamp. Both locations are very easy to get to on foot from one another. The sports park has 4 pitches and a cosy club house with a canteen.
Heino, in the municipality of Raalte, is situated 16 kilometres from Zwolle in the north-east of the Netherlands. The village is located right in the middle of the gorgeous Salland nature reserve. The centre of Heino has a number of shops and several cosy terraces.

The area surrounding Zwolle offers plenty of natural beauty, such as the floodplains along the IJssel river.
De Tippe Open Air Swimming Pool:
De Tippe open air pool is situated next to the De Kampen sports park in Heino. It has 3 swimming pools, a water slide and a grassy area for sitting.
Go-carting:
10 kilometres away from the sports park you can race around the go-cart track at the Karba leisure centre. You can also race mini-bikes here.
