The programme of this tournament starts on Friday evening with the welcome ceremony at the sports ground of Polpenazze del Garda with a very festive show by the majorettes, the Mayor of Polpenazze welcomes every team and hands over a local souvenir to every participating club. The matches will start on Saturday morning. On Saturday evening everybody is again welcome in Polpenazze but most teams may prefer to discover the many attractions around the lake. Sunday late afternoon all the finals will take place at the sports centre of Polpenazze, followed by a team leaders match and a festive prize-giving ceremony.

As well as participation at the tournament, Euro-Sportring also arranges the accommodation for the participants. Participants can usually choose between school accommodation, group accommodation (youth accommodation and bungalows) and hotels. The accommodation we offer has been selected with care and must comply to a number of conditions such as are they within easy reach of the sports park, do they provide value for money, are they suitable for sports groups, are they safe and are the management flexible. Valtenesi del Garda is a combine of seven different municipalities; San Felice, Manerba, Moniga, Padenghe, Soiano, Polpenazze and Puegnago. These have a total of about 14,000 inhabitants, but during the summer this figure is much higher because of the tourist invasion. Each of these municipalities has its own typical character, but they have some things in common: the beautiful landscape and the kind population. An ideal resort for an international tournament.

Padenghe is a historical town in the south western corner of Lake Garda. The remains of what was once a magnificent citadel can be seen from afar. The towers of this ruin offer wonderful views over the lake. Padenghe has a lovely old centre which forms the backcloth for a colourful market every Saturday afternoon.

Lake Garda is in northern Italy, to the south of the Alps. The lake's shores are in three different provinces: Venice (in the east), Brescia (in the west) and Trentino (in the north). For many years, Lake Garda has been the ultimate holiday destination for people from all over Europe (and further afield). The attractive bathing resorts with all their entertainment options make a stay on Lake Garda very special indeed. In other words, la dolce vita!

The biggest amusement park in Italy, situated on the banks of the lake south of Lazise. Many attractions, such as the magic mountain, the Dracula castle, the souk (arabian market), the panoramic wheel. But also enjoy the various shows with dolphins and parrots and not to forget the magic Blue Theatre Show.

Sirmione is a small village situated in the south of the lake Garda, and located on a peninsula. The peninsula is famous for its beautiful countryside and the caves of Catullo, an archaeological site of a former Roman villa situated on the tip of the peninsula. The Sirmione Spa, the largest privately owned thermal treatment centre in Italy, whose sulphorous waters originate from the depths of lake Garda, has long been one of Sirmione's main attractions.
