International youth football tournament: Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, has room for more classics. The Mozart Trophy, for instance, a great international tournament. The organising committee comprising of four local clubs ensure a truly perfect tournament delivered against the backdrop of the majestic Alps. The entire tournament takes place in Salzburg. The magnificent pitches, accommodation, canteen, everything is nearby and well organised. Participants in the Mozart Trophy will play a lot of football, but there will still be plenty of time to have a look around. Try the famous castle 'Hohensalzburg', one of the baroque palaces of the city, or the house where Mozart was born. Also discover in person that Salzburg has a lively shopping and night life!

Facilities:
The Salzachsee sports complex is a 5-star facility. Located north-west of Salsburg, approximately 4km from the city centre. The tournament location comprises 6 grass pitches and 1 astro turf pitch (attention: bring appropriate footwear!), 2 clubhouses each with a restaurant and a marquee where the participants can relax. If you feel like having a swim, all you have to do is walk a few minutes and dive into the recreation lake, behind the two Salzach lakes, just down from the sports complex. The lake always proves to be an excellent refresher for the participants between matches! About 8 km. distance from the Salzachsee sports complex you'll find the sports grounds of FC Bergheim. With 2 fine pitches and a cosy clubhouse it's absolutely a pleasent location to stay.
Trophies:
In each category teams finishing in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th all receive a trophy.

CATERING:
You can book a lunch for this tournament. This means that you will be offered a lunch on all of the tournament days in the form of a lunch box or the lunch can be served at the tournament. If you want to use this option, you must indicate this when you make your booking. The lunch arrangement cannot be booked individually, but applies to every member of your group. The costs for this must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Cost indication: GBP £3.00 (€4.50)per lunch per person.
Road Tolls (Autobahnvignet):
Please be aware that an 'Autobahnvignet' is compulsory. Vignets (passes) can be bought at petrol stations. The cost for a week vignet is about 8 Euro.
