A fine sports-accommodation and many enthusiastic volunteers eager to make this tournament a big success are the major ingredients of the IJssel Trophy. On Thursday afternoon clubs are welcomed by their host at the sports park. After receiving all the info clubs can proceed to Heino Summercamp, a major holiday camp with disco, cinema, bar and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. In the evening the team leaders will be picked up at the accommodation by a bus to bring them to the clubhouse for the reception. Meanwhile all participants can party at the disco of Heino Summercamp. On Friday morning the preliminaries start. At noon the opening ceremony will take place with the introduction of the clubs and flag parade. Saturday morning the remaining group matches will take place, followed in the afternoon by the classification matches and finals. This edition of the IJssel Trophy will be concluded with the prize-giving ceremony at the main pitch. In the evening the disco at Heino Summercamp will be the location for the 'See You Next Year' party.

As well as participation at the tournament, Euro-Sportring also arranges the accommodation for the participants. Participants can usually choose between school accommodation, group accommodation (youth accommodation and bungalows) and hotels.
