The participants will be welcomed on Friday at the Iller stadium, which will form the backdrop later that evening for an impressive opening ceremony. This ceremony will start in the historic town centre after which all the participants will proceed in a torch parade to the stadium. Here the Mayor will welcome them. The teams will be introduced and national anthems will be played. The games will be played during the weekend and each team will play at least five games. The first round will be played on Saturday. The league games and the finals will be played on Sunday. On Saturday night, the participants are free to do what they please. A visit to the new Cambomare leisure pool is well recommended. The finals will be played in the Iller stadium on Sunday afternoon, immediately after which the prizes will be awarded. The football tournament will be brought to an end with the Cambodunum Cup Party in the Stadthalle 'Big Box' on Sunday evening.

As well as participation at the tournament, Euro-Sportring also arranges the accommodation for the participants. Participants can usually choose between school accommodation, group accommodation (youth accommodation and bungalows) and hotels.
