Upon arrival in Kolding, teams will be welcomed at the KIF Centret by their hosts. After the check-in and handing over the tournament programme, clubs can go to the schools. In the evening all participants are invited to the KIF Centret where at 20:00 where the official openings ceremony will take place. On Saturday the matches will start at the different sports halls. After dinner all participants are invited for a swimming party during a Carribbean night at the SlotssøBadet, the subtropical swimming pool in the city centre of Kolding. For the teamleaders an official welcome reception will be held in the Slotssøbadet. On Sunday the intermediairies will be played, as well as the classification matches and finals. Finals will be planned in the KIF Centret. In the evening the Kolding Kempa Cup will be concluded with a prize-giving ceremony.

As well as participation at the tournament, Euro-Sportring also arranges the accommodation for the participants. Participants can usually choose between school accommodation, group accommodation (youth accommodation and bungalows) and hotels. The accommodation we offer has been selected with care and must comply to a number of conditions such as are they within easy reach of the sports park, do they provide value for money, are they suitalbe for sports groups, are they safe and are the management fliexible. Kolding (nearly 60,000 residents) forms the link between Scandinavia and the rest of Europe, due to its central location around 80 km from the German border, in the south of Jutland. It's fun to walk around nowadays, imagining yourself back in those days. The permanent exhibition includes a large collection of religious art and weapons. The castle is open from 10.00 to 17.00 hours. Entrance fee: adults DKK 65, children under 17: free.Legoland (approx. 50 kilometres).
